Jillise McDonough is an aggressive criminal defense attorney and works side by side with Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio.
Together, Attorney Jillise McDonough and Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio have successfully defended numerous murder cases, serious drug felonies, and serious criminal cases in both State and Federal court.
Attorney McDonough graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2013. She is an integral part of the team at The Law Offices of Rosemary Scapicchio. Her strong advocacy skills and strategic thinking make her an effective trial and appellate lawyer.

Attorney McDonough has second-chaired several homicide trials with Attorney Scapicchio. On the post-conviction side, Attorney McDonough served an integral role in assisting Attorney Scapicchio with overturning Sean Ellis’ wrongful first-degree murder conviction. She has also assisted with research and writing, drafted appellate briefs, and second-chaired post-conviction evidentiary hearings on countless other cases with the Law Office of Rosemary Scapicchio.

Biography
Jillise McDonough is a criminal defense attorney and Associate with the Law Offices of Rosemary Curran Scapicchio. She began working with Attorney Scapicchio as a law clerk in 2011. After graduating summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2013, she continued as an attorney with the firm where she has worked alongside Attorney Scapicchio on both trial and appellate matters in various courts throughout the Commonwealth.
