WGBH’s host of Greater Boston Jim Braude was joined by Sean Ellis and his defense attorneys, Rosemary Scapicchio and Jillise McDonough discussing his dropped charges – 25 Years Later. After 25 years, two mistrials and one overturned conviction, Suffolk County prosecutors on Monday dropped their case against Sean Ellis, who served 22 years in prison after being convicted of first-degree murder in the death of Boston Police Detective John Mulligan in 1993.
